A few weeks ago the launch of woopra 1.4 was announced on the woopra website. Yesterday I downloaded the new version and am using this blog as a test of the new woopra facilities which include user initiated chat sessions - two way chat to enable a blog visitor to ask questions live with the blog owner.
You can download the newest version from http://www.woopra.com
I've been wating for approval to use woopra on this blog for awhile and it finally arrived about 15 hours ago.
The application looks effective and has all the features I would expect from an analytics package.
Ok, so who am I? and why would you listen to what I have to say?.
I'll answer the first question here, My background is in Telecommunications & Call Centres. I've worked in various message desk & switchboard related departments in large multi national companies and dealt with a range of people starting with the managing directors and working through a list that includes journalists, telecoms engineers , high value clients in the city of london and on.....
So I have a broad based communications background and can communicate at all levels of business effectively. Getting on to this blog, I'm aiming the content at management level and board level so a large part will be executive summaries of the most essential elements required to make blogging work abd generate revenue from the time spent.
